LG OLED48C5PUA VESA pattern and wall-mount specs
The LG OLED48C5PUA — the 48-inch OLED evo C5 — uses a 300 x 200 mm VESA pattern and weighs 32.8 lb (14.9 kg) without its stand, according to LG's product page. Any wall mount whose range covers 300 x 200 and is rated for at least 32.8 lb will hold it.

- 3Weight, no stand 32.8 lb

This 48-inch set is listed heavier than the 55-inch in the same series, and that is how LG prints it: LG's own pages list the 48-inch C-series at 14.9 against 14.1 for the 55-inch without stand (LG's tables print no unit; read as kg, that is 32.8 lb against 31.1 lb), on LG Canada and LG UK for the 2025 C5 and 2026 C6, on LG Canada for the 2024 C4 and on LG UK for the 2023 C3. LG does not say why; its pages also list the 48-inch slightly deeper (46.9 against 45.1, in mm). The weight shown is LG's own figure. Mount checklist for the OLED48C5PUA
- Pattern: 300 mm wide by 200 mm high (11.8 x 7.9 in). On a mount's box, both numbers must sit inside its range — "up to 400 x 400" fits this TV.
- Standard: a rectangular pattern outside the square Part F table, which is normal for current TVs; screws are usually M6 or M8 at this size, but the manual is the authority.
- Weight: 32.8 lb without the stand. Mounts are rated by maximum load; a mount rated 40 lb or more leaves no doubt, and full-motion arms should have more margin than fixed plates because the load sits further from the wall.
- Screws: use the screw length and any spacers the LG manual specifies. Too long can damage the panel; too short strips the insert.
- Wall: fix the mount to studs or masonry with the hardware the mount maker supplies for that wall type.
Body size: 42.2 x 24.3 x 1.8 in
LG lists the OLED48C5PUA at 42.2 in wide, 24.3 in tall and 1.8 in deep without its stand (107 x 62 cm), and 42.2 x 26.6 x 9.1 in on its stand — the stand adds 2.3 in of height and needs a surface 9.1 in deep. On the wall it stands out 1.8 in plus the mount's own profile. Compare it with every other 48-inch body on the above-a-fireplace and TV-cabinet pages.
What that means when you shop
300 x 200 mm sits in the middle of the range most "medium to large" mounts cover — check that the mount's largest pattern is at least 300 wide and 200 tall, because some budget mounts stop at 300 x 300. At 32.8 lb it is a two-person lift onto the mount, and well inside the rating of mainstream fixed and tilting mounts; on a full-motion arm, check the rating at full extension.
Closest in weight among other brands' 48-inch TVs: Sony A90K OLED (29.6 lb, 300 x 300 mm); Sony BRAVIA 6 OLED (27.6 lb, 300 x 200 mm); Samsung OLED S85H (27.1 lb, 300 x 200 mm). 2 of them share this TV's pattern.
Same mount, different model: LG's OLED48C6PUA (OLED evo C6, 2026) also uses 300 x 200 mm and weighs 32.8 lb. A mount that suits the OLED48C5PUA suits it too, which is handy if you are choosing between them.
Among LG's 158 models here, 56 use 300 x 200 mm (37%), the most common LG pattern. It is a 2025 model still listed by LG.
Other sizes in the LG OLED evo C5 line
The pattern is not the same across the line: it changes from 300 x 200 mm on the 77" to 400 x 400 mm on the 83". A mount bought for one size is not automatically right for another.

Where to sit
A 48-inch 16:9 screen is 41.8 in wide and 23.5 in tall. It fills the SMPTE 30° view from 6 ft 6 in and THX's 40° cinema view from 4 ft 9 in. At this size 4K looks sharper than 1080p only from 6 ft 3 in or closer; beyond that, 20/20 eyes cannot tell the two apart. The 48-inch size page has the full table and every model at this size.
