Mount checklist for the 115RM9L
- Pattern: 1000 mm wide by 600 mm high (39.4 x 23.6 in). On a mount's box, both numbers must sit inside its range — "up to 400 x 400" fits smaller TVs, but not this one.
- Standard: a rectangular pattern outside the square Part F table, which is normal for current TVs; screws are usually M6 or M8 at this size, but the manual is the authority.
- Weight: 216.7 lb without the stand. Mounts are rated by maximum load; a mount rated 220 lb or more leaves no doubt, and full-motion arms should have more margin than fixed plates because the load sits further from the wall.
- Screws: use the screw length and any spacers the TCL manual specifies. Too long can damage the panel; too short strips the insert.
- Wall: fix the mount to studs or masonry with the hardware the mount maker supplies for that wall type.
Body size: 101 x 57.9 x 2.2 in
TCL lists the 115RM9L at 101 in wide, 57.9 in tall and 2.2 in deep without its stand (257 x 147 cm), and 101 x 59.4 x 17.5 in on its stand — the stand adds 1.5 in of height and needs a surface 17.5 in deep. On the wall it stands out 2.2 in plus the mount's own profile. Other TVs' body sizes are on the will-it-fit pages.
What that means when you shop
1000 x 600 mm is an extra-large pattern that only mounts made for 85-inch-plus screens reach; check both dimensions carefully, as many "large TV" mounts stop at 600 x 400. At 216.7 lb this is a very heavy set: it needs a heavy-duty mount, fixings into studs or masonry, and three people or a professional installer to lift it safely.
Closest in weight among other brands' 115-inch TVs: LG QNED evo QNED92B (205.7 lb, 1000 x 700 mm); Sony BRAVIA 9 II (235.3 lb, 1000 x 700 mm); Samsung Micro RGB R95F (194 lb, 1000 x 600 mm). 1 of them shares this TV's pattern.
Same mount, different model: TCL's 115QM7K (QM7K) also uses 1000 x 600 mm and weighs 216.7 lb. A mount that suits the 115RM9L suits it too, which is handy if you are choosing between them.
Among TCL's 46 models here, 2 use 1000 x 600 mm (5%); TCL's most common pattern is 300 x 300 mm. TCL's page doesn't state the model year.
Other sizes in the TCL RM9L line
The pattern is not the same across the line: it changes from 600 x 400 mm on the 98" to 1000 x 600 mm on the 115". A mount bought for one size is not automatically right for another.

There are 4 other 115-inch models on this site. 1000 x 600 mm is the most common pattern at this size (3 of them). At 216.7 lb it is heavier than the 211.2 lb median for the size — heavier than 2 of them.

Where to sit
A 115-inch 16:9 screen is 100.2 in wide and 56.4 in tall. It fills the SMPTE 30° view from 15 ft 7 in and THX's 40° cinema view from 11 ft 6 in. At this size 4K looks sharper than 1080p only from 14 ft 11 in or closer; beyond that, 20/20 eyes cannot tell the two apart. The 115-inch size page has the full table and every model at this size.
