Mount checklist for the 32Q3K
- Pattern: 100 mm wide by 100 mm high (3.9 x 3.9 in). On a mount's box, both numbers must sit inside its range — "up to 400 x 400" fits this TV.
- Standard: VESA MIS Part D, which uses M4 screws.
- Weight: 6.9 lb without the stand. Mounts are rated by maximum load; a mount rated 10 lb or more leaves no doubt, and full-motion arms should have more margin than fixed plates because the load sits further from the wall.
- Screws: use the screw length and any spacers the TCL manual specifies. Too long can damage the panel; too short strips the insert.
- Wall: fix the mount to studs or masonry with the hardware the mount maker supplies for that wall type.
TCL's page gives no width without the stand for the 32-inch Q3K, so its body size is left out.
What that means when you shop
A 100 x 100 mm pattern is at the small end for TVs: nearly every TV wall mount covers it, including compact fixed plates and single-stud swing arms, so the deciding number is weight, not holes. At 6.9 lb this is a light TV — one person can hold it while another hooks it on, and almost any mount for its pattern is rated well above it.
Closest in weight among other brands' 32-inch TVs: LG HD LB650 (7.7 lb, 100 x 100 mm); Vizio Quantum HD (8 lb, 100 x 100 mm); LG LR655 Full HD (10.3 lb, 200 x 200 mm). 2 of them share this TV's pattern.
Among TCL's 46 models here, 2 use 100 x 100 mm (5%); TCL's most common pattern is 300 x 300 mm. It is a 2025 model still listed by TCL.
Other sizes in the TCL Q3K line
Every size in this line that TCL lists uses 100 x 100 mm, so a mount for one fits the others if its weight rating covers the heaviest (10.1 lb on the 40").

Where to sit
A 32-inch 16:9 screen is 27.9 in wide and 15.7 in tall. It fills the SMPTE 30° view from 4 ft 4 in and THX's 40° cinema view from 3 ft 2 in. At this size 4K looks sharper than 1080p only from 4 ft 2 in or closer; beyond that, 20/20 eyes cannot tell the two apart. The 32-inch size page has the full table and every model at this size.
