What that means when you shop
300 x 300 mm sits in the middle of the range most "medium to large" mounts cover — check that the mount's largest pattern is at least 300 wide and 300 tall, because some budget mounts stop at 300 x 300. At 29.98 lb it is a two-person lift onto the mount, and well inside the rating of mainstream fixed and tilting mounts; on a full-motion arm, check the rating at full extension.
